The evidence shows that insurance company Centene through Ambetter is defrauding their customers by lying about their narrow provider networks and refusing to pay for medical care which should be guaranteed under the Affordable Care Act. The purpose of this direct action is to expose these illegal activities and build power in support of a single-payor healthcare system to eliminate provider networks for good.
