Why should I become an individual member of ISPC?

You might want to join ISPC for any combination of the following reasons — or your own reasons!

  1. You believe that single-payer healthcare is the only way for everyone to receive accessible and affordable healthcare.

  2. You have experienced challenges accessing or paying for essential healthcare or you know someone who has.

  3. You want to join the fight for single-payer healthcare as part of a supportive and passionate community building collective power to move policy change forward.

  4. Many sources are investing a lot of money in fighting against single-payer healthcare policies. We need resources and people power to fight back!

  5. You would like to join one of ISPC’s committees (this is completely optional) to devote your time and energy to making single-payer healthcare a reality!

What does Individual Membership Cost?

Recommended individual membership dues start at $50/year or $5/month, but we hope you will consider joining at a higher level if it is sustainable for you! ISPC relies on the support of our members to fund the work of our volunteer-run organization. Thank you for your generous investment in healthcare for all!

Please give what you can to keep our movement going; no individual will be denied membership due to lack of funds.

If a membership donation is not sustainable for you right now, please join for free as a sustainer.


Why should my organization become a member of ISPC?

Organizational membership is is for your organization if any combination of the following is true!

  1. Your mission aligns with the belief that single-payer healthcare is the only way for everyone to receive accessible and affordable healthcare. You want to publicly demonstrate that your organization is part of this movement.

  2. Your organization’s constituents’ lives would be transformed by a single-payer healthcare system.

  3. You and your constituency want to join the fight for single-payer healthcare as part of a supportive and passionate community-building collective power to move policy change forward.

  4. Many sources are investing a lot of money in fighting against singe-payer healthcare policies. We need resources and people power to fight back.

  5. Completely optional: Members of your board, staff, and/or constituency would like to join one of ISPC’s committees to devote your time and energy to making single-payer healthcare a reality!

What does organizational Membership Cost?

Institutional Membership dues are determined by the size of your organization. If the listed dues level is not sustainable for your organization right now, please join at the level your organization can sustain.
