Each call includes, if time permits, a legislative update from Washington DC, reports from participants, and discussion. Many calls include a presentation, which is always followed by questions and comments from the people on the call. All calls include an open "stack" where anyone can use their telephone key pad to get in a virtual line to make a comment or ask a question. Participants on the call can post messages on the visual interface; references with links are often posted there as well.
