Resolution Campaign, Steps to Passage

Kick off Campaign with a Virtual Organizing meeting

Build a local coalition to support the resolutionCreate a Petition and ask ISPC supporters and allies to sign it

Plan meetings with potential City Council allies:   Reach out to at least 10 council members, especially black and Hispanic caucus.
